Historically, this well known Liff property has been altered continuously during its lifetime. Originally the property comprised of four flatted dwellings before being amalgamated to form one dwelling house. Due to the scale of the existing property, the most financially beneficial option for the client was to divide the property into two separate properties.

The subdivided property created 2 two-bedroom dwellings incorporating a single storey extension to the east gable. The entire building was completely refurbished and rejuvenated to take full advantage of many of the buildings historic features. The result is a pair of modern properties that maintain the historic character of the original building, with a more contemporary aspect provided by the single storey extension.
