This was the last of the NHS buildings within West Green Park to be developed. It was the former office building for the estate and as such, comprised of small cellular rooms, with a number of larger rooms with vast ceiling heights. We rationalised the existing circulation within the building by installing a central stair core, from which, 6 of the 8 apartments could be accessed. The development comprises 6 flats and 2 townhouses. The aim was to provide large open plan, kitchen/living areas which made use of the large windows by flooding light into the rooms.

All of the external walls were stripped back and insulated to ensure a high quality development that set itself apart from the neighbouring conversions. New windows were installed throughout the building, with high quality timber sash and case double glazed units fitted. The end result is a modern development of a Grade C listed building which has been converted to meet modern standards in terms of thermal performance as well as desired living accommodation. Each of the flats and townhouses are different and unique, with a modern, light feel to each of the properties.
